  • Will this fit my style of eating?
    Consider this guide omnivore or flexitarian, with delish options including all food groups. There is a good mix of plant-based recipes, recipes with meat, and ones with fish. While I make tons of veg-friendly suggestions, this guide is not vegan-friendly. It is however, nearly all gluten free (with appropriate swaps).

    There are a few recipes with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. If you have dairy free subs you trust, the guide can be dairy free friendly but as written, it is not dairy free.
  • How many people is this for?
    Dinner recipes all make at least 4 servings and feed 2-4 people. Typically my husband and I have enough left for one lunch the next day. I always recommend doubling recipes like burgers, overnight oats, etc! Snack recipes typically make around a dozen, and breakfasts serve 2-4.
  • Will my kids be into this?
    It really depends! My kiddos eat a lot of the recipes in this guide and I'd say it's family-friendly; that said, this isn't targeted to kids specifically. As a dietitian and mom of picky toddlers, I recommend serving your kiddo a taste of what you prepared even if you know he/she won’t eat it. Serve it alongside some nourishing “safe foods.”
